If 30 days have gone by since you received the item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products. As a commitment to our goal of meeting the highest quality standards, we offer a money-back guarantee on garments that do not meet our quality standards.
We will credit your account when any one of the following occurs:
You acknowledge and agree that goods produced by us for you are bespoke, custom-made goods and orders are put in process quickly after they are received. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact our customer service email@example.com. Please include the order number of the item(s) that you would like to cancel or modify to ensure accuracy. Please understand that if your order has been processed already, you cannot cancel or modify it. Generally, you are allow to cancel or modify order item within 24 hours since order was placed..
However, if you insist to cancel a processing order, you might be charged 25% of the payment to cover product material cost.
Filing a claim:
To file a claim, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number.
If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error. In addition, if the error involves a print size or placement issue, include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.
Upon verification, we will provide credits equal to amount paid for the portion of the order that was incorrectly printed.
Returns without cause:
You acknowledge and agree that goods produced by us for you are bespoke, custom-made goods. Other than where goods are faulty, you have no right to cancel any order or return any goods and all orders are final. Therefore, due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on products that were correctly printed and delivered on time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges / Replacement (if applicable):
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
However, in some cases, you will need to return the item to our factory for further inspection and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
